What is your favorite cloth diaper? Right now, flats & covers- so easy, and I never worry about if they're clean or not. And I love seeing them on the clothesline on a sunny day.

What is your nighttime diapering routine? Ragababe AIO w/ Ragababe insert & hemp doubler, wool shorts over that.

What is your particular style of parenting? Relational- nurturing, involved, w/ clear expectations for them. They need to know boundaries, but also have the freedom to learn, grow, develop into the people they are.
What were your reasons for cloth diapering? Originally, to save money. Money has always been tight, so when 3rd & 4th were in diapers, I started reading. I was amazed at what I learned. I talked to my husband, he was convinced, so we jumped right in w/ Fuzzi Bunz. Then, I was suprised at how much I loved it! They are so cute. I've learned so much along the way. I still love reading about diapers, and learning about new products out there.

What is your favorite meal to prepare for your family? Spaghetti- it's a crowd pleaser & so easy. Even my pickiest eaters will eat spaghetti, and even say "Thank you."

What is your favorite thing about being a mom? Least favorite? Favorite- watching them learn & discover new things, and seeing the amazing things that are unique about each child. The love-bond between mom/ baby amazes me. Least favorite- the worry. No matter how hard we try not to, we worry. Oh, and seeing your child get hurt. It's inevitable that it happens at some point, whether it's that first little boo boo, or feelings hurt by a sibling or friend

What do you do to make time for yourself? Time with friends, or adate w/ husband (although it's a rare treat these days)

Favorite Quote:
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you.  When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior..." -Isaiah 43:1b-3a

"Isn't it nice to think that tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it yet?" -L.M. Montgomery

What advice do you have for new cloth diapering moms? Find a simple wash routine that works for you. If it becomes stressful, or if you're spending extra $ on fancy detergent or additives, it's kind of defeating the purpose. I used to get so stressed out about the wash routine.

Super Power? Hugs- my 10 year old says I'm the best hugger in the world.
